Founding Artistic Director
A Salem native, Vincenzo graduated from Sprague High School in 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from Elon University in North Carolina in 2011. He currently sits as the Vice President of the Salem Theatre Network, and is a proud Board Member of Liberty House, a Child Abuse Assessment Center. In addition, Vincenzo is a passionate member of the Downtown Advisory Board. Off the clock, you can find Vincenzo belting copious amounts of varied music and finding any excuse to visit the Oregon Coast.
Jack Meng has been working in the Theatre and Entertainment industry for the last 12 years. He received his BA in Theatre Arts from Western Oregon University in 2012 and his MFA in Technical Direction for the University of Arizona in 2017. After graduating from WOU Jack worked as the Assistant Technical Director, Master Carpenter, Deck Chief, Master Electrician, and Scenic Carpenter for the Broadway Rose Theatre Company in Tigard. Jack also worked as a carpenter, technician, and stagehand for various companies as well as for IATSE28 in the Portland Metro area. After finishing his Masters in Arizona, Jack went on to work as the Technical Director for the Department of Theatre at Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. As a native Oregonian, Jack is very happy to be back in the Pacific Northwest. When he’s not working, he is out on an adventure with his Fiancé and two dogs.

Brean Arnold, President
Operations and Policy Analyst/Oregon Health Authority
Brean Arnold is a Juris Doctorate who
has worked as an attorney, policy analyst and program manager in the disability and healthcare fields. She is currently a program manager for the Oregon Health Authority. She is a proud Salemite and first-time mom to a recently mobile 10-month old. She loves supporting the arts and theatre in Salem and serving on the Enlightened Theatrics board.
Tiffany Carstensen, Secretary
Drama Director at McKay High School
A loyal native of the Mid-Willamette valley, Tiffany’s devotion to her family is met only by her passion for her students at McKay, where she has been the Director of Theatre Arts for 14 years. You can occasionally catch her on stage at Theatre 33 and was thrilled to play The Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz for Enlightened, before joining the Board of Directors as the chair of the Education Committee.
Craig Johnson, Vice President
Retired General Manager at First Tech Credit Union
After studying finance at the University of Oregon, Craig was a regional Manager for First Tech Credit Union. Married to Becky for 40 years, he is active in his church and enjoys bringing friends to see performances at Enlightened Theatrics as well as spending time with his new grandson, Liam.
Josh Bailey, Treasurer
Aldrich CPAs and Advisors LLP
After completing studies in accounting and business finance at George Fox University, Josh is now a CPA and manager at Aldrich Advisors where he has worked since 2008. He enjoys a range of diversions from motorcycling to hiking, traveling the world and attending symphonies, operas, and theatrical performances, not to mention working on our ledger.
