Executive Artistic Director and Founder
A Salem native, Vincenzo graduated from Sprague High School in 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from Elon University in North Carolina in 2011. Following graduation, he pursued his dreams in New York City discovering a love for directing and teaching, which inspired him to return to Salem to establish an organization for artists, students and dreamers dedicated to instilling hope, education and inspiration in generations to come. He currently sits as the Vice President of the Salem Theatre Network, and is a proud Board Member of Liberty House, a Child Abuse Assessment Center. In addition, Vincenzo works closely with other downtown business and organizations through Downtown365, which helps to promote and engage the Salem community through amazing events offered downtown. Off the clock, you can find Vincenzo listening to copious amounts of varied music and finding any excuse to visit the Oregon Coast.
Marketing and Public Relations Manager
An established musician and nonprofit communications professional, Carlos was born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, home of Musikfest, the nation’s largest non-gated, free music and arts festival. During his undergraduate career and following graduation from Lafayette College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology & Sociology and Music, he coordinated, managed and executed various broad budget projects within in-house and agency-based environments and industries ranging from nonprofit arts to entertainment, education, healthcare and manufacturing, including but not limited to traditional and nontraditional advertising, public relations, digital marketing, event planning, sales, development and more. In his downtime, you can find Carlos taking the stage with his guitar at local bars, exploring breweries and wineries, or outdoor adventuring.
Company and Office Manager
A manager and educator at heart, Kayla was raised in Cedar City, Utah, home of the Utah Shakespeare Festival which led to her inevitable involvement in the theatrical arts. Graduating in 2010 from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and a Directing emphasis, she took to the field of professional Stage Management. Her love of Shakespeare and event coordination grew while serving at Shakespeare Orange County and Disneyland, followed by managing and expanding a high school theatre program in California, nurturing the next generation of theatre practitioners. In her spare time, Kayla is an avid writer and self-admitted “geek,” keeping up on all the latest action movies and video games.
