Founder and Executive Artistic Director
A Salem native, Vincenzo graduated from Sprague High School in 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from Elon University in North Carolina in 2011. He currently sits as the Vice President of the Salem Theatre Network, and is a proud Board Member of Liberty House, a Child Abuse Assessment Center. In addition, Vincenzo is a passionate member of the Downtown Advisory Board. Off the clock, you can find Vincenzo belting copious amounts of varied music and finding any excuse to visit the Oregon Coast.
Interim Executive Director
Danny Mankin has worked as the Executive Director of the Dance Palace in Point Reyes CA, Performing Arts Director for the Sun Valley Center for the Arts, and Executive Director for the historic Columbia Theatre in Longview, Washington. In the San Francisco Bay Area, he worked as Artistic Director of Make A Circus, Co-Artistic Director of Vaudeville Nouveau and Entertainment Director and Minister of Fun for the Harvest Festival. Danny and his wife Maria own Begin Pilates and Yoga in Portland where he teaches a class called “Yoga for the Inflexible Guy”.
Development and Marketing Manager
Originally hailing from upstate NY, Ashley has lived all over the east coast and relocated to Oregon in July 2017. Ashley holds a B.A. in comparative Religious Studies and Art History from George Mason University (2005) and a M.A. in Liberal Studies from University of North Carolina Wilmington (2013). Previously, she served as the Associate Director of the Bellamy Mansion Museum of History & Design Arts. In her personal time, Ashley enjoys cooking, ceramic arts, and traveling.
Production Manager and Box Office Supervisor
Originally from just south of Seattle, Emily moved to Salem in July of 2017 to start work with Enlightened Theatrics. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance with a Music Minor from Central Washington University. In addition to performing, she has a passion for stage/special effects makeup, directing, and connecting the multitude of artists it requires to make theatre happen. In the future, she has aspirations to pursue a Masters in Theatre Arts.
Front of House and Box Office Manager
Raised in the Salem/Keizer area, Brooke attended The University of Oregon where she studied Art History and Arts Administration. She moved back to Salem in 2013 and was reintroduced to the emerging downtown Salem scene. Brooke is excited to be working in the Arts and to be a part of the movement to Make Salem Awesome! When not managing the Box Office she loves to travel around Oregon, check out craft breweries, and go for walks in Bush Park.
Kelly has been a part of the Salem/Keizer community for over 10 years now. She moved here from Albuquerque, NM where she started her love of numbers working in banks and moved her way up to work in accounting. Since moving to Salem she has worked for Meduri Farms, Inc. in the accounting department. She currently works for both Meduri Farms and Enlightened Theatrics and enjoys the challenges it brings working with two completely different companies.
